GREENE COUNTY GENERAL HOSPITAL (the “Hospital”) will sell the real property, parcel number 28-06-13-000-031.000-017, commonly known as the “Armory Property,” located at 2000 State Highway 54 East, Linton, IN 47441, and more particularly described on Exhibit A (the “Property”) at public sale to the best-value bidder at the time and place stated below. The sale will be conducted based on price and published non-price factors, as more fully described in the Bidder’s Instructions available from the Hospital at <https://www.greenecountyhospital.com/notice-of-public-sale>.
