Available Payment Assistance Programs

Charity Care – Eligible patients may receive free care or significant reductions in charges for medically necessary services.

​

Financial Assistance – Eligible patients may receive discounts on hospital bills based upon household income, financial resources, family size, insurance status, and ability to pay.

​

Payment Plans – Patients who do not qualify for charity care or financial assistance may be eligible for payment arrangements that allow balances to be paid over time.

​

Information concerning these programs is available at Registration, the Emergency Department, the Hospital Business Office, the Hospital website, and the Hospital patient portal.

Eligibility Criteria

You may qualify if you are uninsured or underinsured, have limited income or financial resources, are unable to pay for all or a portion of medically necessary healthcare services, or otherwise meet the eligibility requirements established by the Hospital Financial Assistance Policy.

Eligibility determinations are based upon household income, family size, available assets, insurance coverage, and other relevant financial circumstances.

How to Apply

​

Request a Financial Assistance Application from Registration, the Emergency Department, the Business Office, the Hospital website, or the patient portal.

​

Complete and submit the application together with requested supporting documentation.

​

Hospital staff will assist applicants with completing the application at no cost.

This notice is available free of charge upon request and is available through the Hospital website and patient portal.
